Are there any safety measures to protect you and your data in the cloud?

Yes, your data is safe with Safe Truck’s system. There are several layers of safety measures taken in order to protect the data :

a. User Authentication: Data can only be viewed by the users after logging in to the application.

b. Resource based authorization: This is the second layer of protection offered by the platform. A user can only access information to which he/she is authorized. This ensures that a logged in user can never view or modify the information which belongs to other users of the system.

How long does the installation take?

Minimum installation requires 45 mins (depending on the type of installation).

Will I lose data if I go to underground areas ?

No. But users might face signal disconnection for a temporary period until they come out from underground areas.

What if the device lost signal to GPS location service?

Device stored offline data when GPS signal is off, transmit data back to the platform when the signal is back online.

How to effectively manage driving behaviour?

Our DriverCare application provides a complete record of driver behavior, manages driver scorecard metrics, highlights drivers with a higher risk profile and achieves further management needs.
